The socialization of civil service policies carried out by UPPS began with a strategic decision from the faculty leadership to improve the management system and internal arrangements aimed at increasing efficiency, transparency and participation in faculty management. The civil service policy is regulated in the statute and is regulated in detail in Trisakti University Chancellor’s Regulation No. 12 of 2017 concerning the Organization and Work Procedures of Trisakti University The socialization process begins with clear communication from the faculty leadership to all staff and faculty members about the importance of the change. In a series of meetings and discussion sessions, the objectives, benefits and implications of the new civil service policy were explained in detail. As time goes by, monitoring and evaluation is carried out periodically to assess the effectiveness of implementing new policies. Feedback from all stakeholders, both staff and students, is used to make adjustments if necessary so that the governance policy can continue to develop according to the needs and dynamics of the faculty. With a focused and inclusive approach, the socialization of faculty governance policies is expected to create a work and learning environment that is more organized, transparent and responsive to the needs of the entire academic community.
